No development possible in ME without Iran’s role

KARAJ, Oct. 30 (MNA) – Iranian interior minister underlined that no development is to be achieved in the Middle East without being coordinated with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli made the remarks at a ceremony on the latest regional development in the ME, in Karaj city on Thursday.

Pointing to the Islamic Revolution of 1979, the minister advised the youth of the society to study the achievements made after the victory of the revolution in contrast with the conditions before the event in Iran.

“Prior to the Islamic Revolution, Iran was wholly dependent on the West, and the US along with its allies was leading the nation, the situation which resulted in the lack of identity,” said Rahmani Fazli.

He underlined that the plots devised by the US and the West are intended to get weaker societies away from their identity and, going through a complicated process, make them more and more dependent so that they can be easily exploited later.

“Economic and administrational dependence are the areas they work on to pave the way for advancing their next heinous objectives in exploiting other countries,” Iranian minister added.

Pointing to the continuous predictions made by West that the Syrian government is going to fall soon, Rahmani Fazli asserted that five years of Iran’s advisory support to Syria has foiled all the enemies’ conspiracies.

“No Iraqi Kurds call the Islamic Republic their strategic ally, as Iran saved them from ISIL,” highlighted the Iranian official, pointing to Iran’s major role in defending regional countries against the ISIL.
